What we will never sell

Every server says it is not pay-to-win. Here is the actual line, so you can hold us to it.

Weapons or ammo: No. Everything that kills is found, crafted or raided for.
Damage or armour: No. A VIP and a fresh spawn take the same bullet the same way.
Raid advantages: No explosives, no raid tools, no upkeep discounts.
Admin powers: Not for sale at any price. Staff are chosen, never bought.
Extra team slots: No. The cap is 4 for everyone, enforced by the server.

Before you buy

How fast does it arrive?

Within a minute of payment clearing, straight into your inventory. You need to be online for a kit to land — if you are not, redeem it next time you log in.

What happens on wipe day?

VIP survives the wipe. Kits reset with it, so a kit you have not used before Thursday is gone. Cosmetics are permanent.

Something did not turn up.

Open a ticket in Discord with your order number. An admin can see the delivery log and hand it over manually. This is rare and it is always fixable.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if delivery failed and we could not fix it. No, if you bought VIP and then got raided — that is just Rust.

Does buying anything protect me from admins?

No. The rules apply the same whether you have spent nothing or everything. Buying VIP does not soften a ban for cheating.
